All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Artis is hosted on AWS.
What support and training is available?
We provide 24/5 global support. We also offer training as part of the onboarding process, both in the form of 1-on-1 sessions and group workshops.
Can you replicate my market sheet in Artis?
Yes, we can replicate your market sheet in Artis, either as part of the onboarding process or even on your trial.
Can I connect Artis to my data?
Yes, for example we can integrate your End of Day curves into Artis, or integrate your Artis data into your risk system or other Excel sheets.
Do I need to pay exchange fees, even if I already subscribe to them elsewhere?
Yes, ICE and CME rules dictate that their fees are paid for each delivery method, but you are able to switch across your current license to Artis.
